How It Works
Stage 1 – Foundation & Training (Months 1–3)
Industry overview: how deals flow from lead to settlement
• Licensing, compliance & lender accreditations
• Using our CRM and systems
• Client management & quoting basics
• Shadowing senior brokers on live deals
You’ll finish this stage confident with the foundations to manage your first client opportunities under supervision.
Stage 2 – Earn & Apply (Months 4–8)
Goal: Put learning into action.
• Work on live client files and earn income
• Receive daily mentorship and performance coaching
• Experience consumer and commercial deals
• Build your own client base and yard relationships
• Use our lender network and processes in real time
This is where your confidence and momentum grow fast — supported by the Loans Unlimited team every step of the way.
Stage 3 – Build & Launch (Months 9–12)
Goal: Transition from trainee to business owner.
• Business registration and structure setup
• Branding and marketing guidance
• Aggregator and lender-panel setup
• Ongoing mentorship post-launch
