Caillan grew up in Rockingham, and what drew him to finance wasn’t just the numbers, it was the deal itself: understanding different customers, adapting his approach to suit each one, and writing loans for people he didn’t expect to say yes initially. That instinct for reading people is still at the centre of how he leads the Loans Unlimited team today.
